 Do you like brownies? Do you like fruit? If yes, then you will love these rich chocolate brownies made with black sapote fruit. My friends, Jimi and Leon, have a black sapote tree. When they give me fruit, I make these delicious brownies. One good sized fruit will provide about a cup of pulp - enough for a batch of brownies. This fruit is not easy to find in stores or even farmer’s markets. One reason is that it ripens REALLY fast.
